Complete Bathroom Design & Installation, Managed by Our Team

From the first ideas and measurements through to the final installation, our experienced team will help design the room, specify and supply the products and coordinate the work required to create the finished bathroom. It’s an ideal option if you would rather have one experienced team looking after the project instead of organising different suppliers and tradespeople yourself.

Our Design, Supply & Installation Process

1. Initial Enquiry

Your project begins with an initial conversation with one of our in-house designers. We’ll talk about your existing bathroom, what you are hoping to achieve and the type of style or finished space you have in mind. We’ll also invite you into our Uckfield showroom so you can explore our displays, products and finishes.

2. Home Survey & Consultation

The next step is a visit to your home. We’ll measure the existing bathroom, assess the space and discuss your ideas and requirements in much more detail. Inspiration photographs are always useful, so if you have seen particular bathrooms, colours or styles you like, we can use these to help understand the look you are aiming for.

3. Your Bathroom Design

If you are happy to move into the design stage, our professional bathroom design service costs £300 including VAT per room.

The design fee is fully refundable when you place your bathroom order with Village Bathrooms. Our designer will then create your bathroom using specialist CAD software, producing realistic images that allow you to visualise the proposed layout, products and overall appearance before installation begins.

4. Design Presentation & Quotation

We’ll invite you back into our showroom to present the completed bathroom design and quotation. Your designer will take you through the scheme, answer your questions and discuss any changes you would like to make. This gives us the opportunity to refine the details together before the project moves forward.

5. Preparing for Installation

Once you are happy with the final design and quotation, we’ll book your bathroom project into our installation schedule.

We’ll prepare a detailed project specification containing the information required by the bathroom fitters and other tradespeople involved, including:

CAD-generated bathroom images
Plans and elevations
Product specifications
Installation information

We’ll also explain the payment stages for the project so you know what to expect before work begins.

6. Bathroom Installation & Project Oversight

Our team will oversee the project from the beginning of the installation through to completion. Your designer or project manager will visit during the work at appropriate stages, helping ensure the design is being translated correctly into the finished bathroom and dealing with any questions that arise along the way.For you, that means fewer separate people to coordinate and a team that already understands exactly what the finished bathroom is intended to look like.

7. The Finished Bathroom

Once the work is complete, your designer may return to see the finished bathroom and, with your permission, take photographs of the completed project. It’s the final step in taking your bathroom from the initial idea through design and installation to a finished space you can enjoy.

They have a beautiful showroom in Uckfield with a large range of designs to suit all tastes.  The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us plenty of time to browse the different bathrooms on display as well as tiles and paints.  The 3d glasses were an added bonus allowing us to see the finished look before making a final decision.
