Our expert designers will discuss your ideas for your new bathroom, taking time to understand your needs, preferences and budget. We can guide you through everything from bathroom styles and brassware to tiles and colour schemes, helping you shape the right design for your home. We recommend booking your initial consultation in advance so we can dedicate plenty of time to you.

2. Survey

We’ll arrange a convenient time to visit your home and survey your existing bathroom. We’ll take the measurements needed for the next stage of the project and discuss any further ideas or requirements you may have for the space.

3. Design

Our designers will create your new bathroom using advanced 3D CAD software, producing detailed renders so you can visualise the finished space before any work begins.
We’ll then invite you back to the showroom to review the final design together on a large screen, giving you the opportunity to discuss the details before moving forward.

4. Presentation

Once you’ve accepted the final proposal, we’ll agree a start date for your project. Depending on the complexity of the bathroom, installation will typically take around 1–3 weeks, although more involved projects may take slightly longer.

5. Installation

Our support doesn’t end once your bathroom is complete. If you have any questions or need help afterwards, you can contact us by phone or email and we’ll aim to assist you as quickly as possible.
