We could not be happier with the 2 shower rooms and cloakroom that were designed for us by Helen Head. Not only were our ideas and budget considered at every point, Helen brilliantly explained everything to us as well as suggested elements that we had not even considered. Her advice and expertise was second to none and we would not hesitate to recommend her services. I think the photos speak for themselves when you compare render v reality. I popped into Village Bathrooms while looking for ideas for a new bathroom for my home in East Sussex, and Alison was brilliant. She was so helpful and spent time walking me through different design options and clearly knows the brands inside out. The showroom itself is lovely as well. Our experience with Village Bathrooms was excellent from beginning to completion All staff were helpful and respectful of our needs The 3d glasses let us see what wet room would look like which was very useful During work we were kept updated about what was happening and when..Carpenter plasterer electrician tilers plummer and bathroom fitter were all on time and respectful of our home The end product is beautiful and beyond our expectation Every little detail is so caring especially for the needs of someone with on going disabilities we have a lovely wet room for invalid without it looking like it Would thoroughly recommend Village Bathrooms and use again

Great customer service from start to finish.  We are so pleased we went to Village Bathrooms.  They have a beautiful showroom in Uckfield with a large range of designs to suit all tastes.  The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us plenty of time to browse the different bathrooms on display as well as tiles and paints.  The 3d glasses were an added bonus allowing us to see the finished look before making a final decision.  The fitting was well organised and the Installers, Plasterers, Tilers and Carpenters were all brilliant.  Their work was fantastic, they were always on time and very respectful of our home.  We are so happy with the look and finish of our new bathroom.
